STORE POLICIES

Due to each piece being handcrafted (and especially as they feature natural items) We are unable recreate pieces exactly, but can attempt to create a similar piece for you, depending on the natural inclusions.

CUSTOM ORDERS 

For more info on customs please email us on info@zmcollections.com and tell us what you have in mind; we'd love to get creative with you and create your own personal keepsake :)

 REFUNDS AND RETURNS 

Due to the nature of our pieces, We are unable to issue refunds or returns. If an item arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of arrival for a replacement or refund. 

Items are to be returned within 7 days of their arrival for a refund or store credit.
